Apex was found down south as a stray with wire wrapped around his leg. A kind person thankfully found him and took him to a vet to get fixed up, and we are so grateful to them! His leg is well-healed and has no further issues other than a slight limp that comes out when he plays hard, but he’s feeling good and is no longer in pain. The staff all loved him during his vet stay, and he had fun with other dogs while boarded. His foster says he has a great personality and is settling in well. He’s had fun meeting lots of new people and dogs, and has been enjoying home living. He’d have a fun time being a sibling to another playful dog, and he’d love a family that will take him on fun adventures and let him be the bestie he longs to be. He’s such a sweet boy and so thankful to be starting his happily ever after with a loving family!

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
