We encantó Bruno 😍 This little chocolate boy came from a large litter that was partially sold or given away on Facebook. Thankfully, a kind rescuer stepped in to make sure this little guy would have a safe future. We can only hope his siblings landed in loving homes as well. These situations are a reminder of how important responsible, ethical breeding and placement are, especially in areas where things like “bait dogs” are used. We are so grateful this little one is now on a safe path towards his happily ever-after with a loving family! Bruno was moved to a safe foster home down south while he got all his vetting and transport info set up to head north to us, and he’s been doing great as a pampered pet. He’s a playful, happy boy that has been having lots of fun playing with the resident big dog. He’s a smart pup and has been learning a lot in foster care, but continued bonding over training skills with a forever family is a great way to show your little pupper what life in your forever home is all about, as well as open good communication with your new family member.

ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS: We strongly advise positive reinforcement training/behavior classes with your new pup. Training is for the benefit of you and your puppy and will help you build a stronger relationship. Puppies do not know what they haven’t been taught and some “puppy proofing” may need to be done in your home. Please remember that little puppies come in little bodies that need potty breaks every few hours.

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
