Gabby, her mom, and her littermates were first spotted on a deserted road in rural Georgia. Some locals were feeding them, but no one was able to take in an adult and five growing pups. Their mama, Willow, appeared desperate for help, and we are thankful someone sent us a plea for aid so we could alert our tireless southern rescue friends (always at the ready!), who found them via ATV trek and brought them to a safe foster home. Mom and pups received all the vetting and care they needed and were able to finally relax and focus on the important stuff, like eating, playing and napping! Mama Willow is finishing up her vetting and will be available through NELR when she’s all set, but the pups are ready - weened, healthy, and have made the journey to New England to find loving forever homes! Gabby is all the typical, adorable things you’d want in a puppy; friendly with everyone and loves a life full of cuddles, napping, eating, exploring, and playing. She is young and will need to be spayed when age-appropriate. Continued bonding over training skills with a forever family is a great way to show your little pupper what life in your house is all about, as well as open good communication with your new family member ❤️
ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS: We strongly advise positive reinforcement training/behavior classes with your new pup. Training is for the benefit of you and your puppy and will help you build a stronger relationship. Puppies do not know what they haven’t been taught and some “puppy proofing” may need to be done in your home. Please remember that little puppies come in little bodies that need potty breaks every few hours.

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.
We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
