Girly was spared from an overfull Texas shelter that has an army of volunteers working tirelessly to take care of and save as many dogs as they possibly can. NELR was happy to say ‘yes’ to this sweet and beautiful brindle, and to help in their cause. Girly is a loving, happy pup that enjoys playtime with other dogs and being affectionate with her favorite humans. She’s done well on adventures like visiting dog-friendly restaurants, and is great at making new friends everywhere she goes! She has decent recall and manners, is treat-motivated, and learns quickly! This girl loves love and will be so delighted to have a family of her own to spend time and love life with!

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
