Jet and his friend Cosmo were wandering around on a hot paved road down south, looking like they wanted help but also had no idea the danger they were in on the road. They were thankfully found by one of our rescue friends who just happened to be headed by and knew just what to do - and the boys did, too, they ran right to her with trusting eyes, asking for help! It appears someone most likely dumped them on a side road - an unfortunately common practice in some parts of the south where there are so many un-altered animals. These two adorable pups were given all the vetting and care they needed (plus lots of love!) to feel in tip-top shape to make their way to New England to each find their forever homes. Jet loves to play and is a typical, happy puppy despite his scary start. When he’s not playing and exploring, he likes to lay his little head at your feet to nap in the comfort of your presence. He does great with other dogs of any age and is curious but friendly with cats. He loves toys (especially the Lamb Chop squeaky!) and is doing well with potty training. He’s good in the crate and loves a car ride. He is young and will need to be neutered when age-appropriate. Continued bonding over training skills with a forever family is a great way to show your little pupper what life in your house is all about, as well as open good communication with your new family member ❤️
ATTENTION PUPPY ADOPTERS: We strongly advise positive reinforcement training/behavior classes with your new pup. Training is for the benefit of you and your puppy and will help you build a stronger relationship. Puppies do not know what they haven’t been taught and some “puppy proofing” may need to be done in your home. Please remember that little puppies come in little bodies that need potty breaks every few hours.

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.
We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
