Jill and her pal Jack were found roaming the sweltering Texas streets in search of shelter and food. What they found was a kind person that opened their car door to them and they jumped right in - smart pups! The finder fostered them and NELR was connected through our rescue friends so we could bring these two up to New England to find loving, pampering homes! They are not bonded, just super dog-friendly and happy to play. Jill loves swimming and has been having a great time jumping into her southern foster’s pool to beat the heat. She would be so excited to have a New England family that will go swimming with her often. She’s super sweet, up for adventure, and can’t wait to make wonderful memories with a forever family of her own 🥰 She loves humans of all ages and gets on well with other dogs. She’s going to be a fun, lovable addition to some lucky family!

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
