Kari is part of the Viking Litter that was found abandoned in the street down south. Luckily a kind human found and fostered them until he could connect to a rescue. NELR is happy to find them their forever homes in beautiful New England! They all look very similar but there are 6 girls and one boy. They are typical happy puppies that are full of life and want to enjoy every day to the fullest! They love to play in the water and would adore homes with access to at least a kiddie pool. Kari is young and will need to be spayed when age appropriate. She loves a good chew toy, so a toy bin of her very own would be heaven for her! She’s been picking up some of the basics in foster care, has been doing well with pottying in the right spots, and loves to have her crate as a little bachelorette pad she can hang out in freely. She loves playtime with dogs, enjoys a good belly rub, and will lean against you for head scratchies. Her foster says she is bright and very trainable, perhaps even up for a “job” or training fun!

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
