Pepper was spared from euthanasia at an overfull Texas shelter by one of our amazing rescue friends because of her wonderful personality. She almost found her forever home where they loved the joy and companionship she brought, but unfortunately a family member discovered an allergy and had to make the difficult decision that another home would be best for Pepper’s quality of life so she can love fully and get/give all the snuggles and kisses she deserves. Pepper is a fun-loving, affectionate gal that has been doing great with home life and has learned so many amazing cues and manners that make her an amazing family member. She’s smart, treat-motivated, and aims to please. She is also potty & crate trained and has good manners, even around the kitchen! She has a great time playing with other dogs, and she’s been a lot of fun as a kiddo companion. She makes an excellent adventure buddy, going for walks, car rides, visiting places, meeting new people, and even trotting alongside bike rides! She’s very loving and will have some lucky family feeling like royalty!

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.
We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
