Zeena and her brother Zepher ended up in a full southern shelter after being found as strays. We’re happy to welcome them to New England so each can start their lives over with a loving forever family. Zeena is a friendly girl that is full of all the typical puppy-ness of her age. She’s super sweet, playful and loving, gets along with other dogs, but is still learning so we’d recommend older/bigger kids while she has some puppy clumsiness still. She’s very treat-motivated and smart, and will enjoy getting to know all about your home life through positive reinforcement training and communication. Zeena would make an excellent walking/jogging/hiking buddy as she's always ready for a fun adventure and sniffs, but at after that, it's cuddle time! She also loves a more suburban area that has places to walk and play with her human. This girl is equal parts fun and snuggles, and will absolutely have you feeling the love as she tucks into your side on the couch. She may also have fun working on trick training or a "job." She’s ready to grow and learn, surrounded by a loving forever family ❤️

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.
We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
