Adoptable Ariel and her brother (Alfie, not bonded) were not getting seen in the overcrowded shelters down South, so NELR’s southern rescue friends connected us and we are happy to find them loving homes up here in New England. Ariel is doing great in her foster home, her foster says, “She is curious, cuddly, and very sweet.” She’s being doing well with potty & crate, and is getting used to leash walking, which has turned out to be fun because of all the neat things to look at and sniff! She’s very smart and eager to please and communicate with, so she would have a great time doing positive reinforcement training with her new family to help bond and develop fantastic communication. She’s been loving her toys and can entertain herself with some good chews, but also loves to engage in fetch with you! What a sweetie 🥰
