Diesel’s life was spared from the euthanasia lists by our amazing southern rescue friends, and he can’t wait to begin his happily ever-after up here in New England. He’s potty & crate trained, and knows a few basics like sit, drop it, and lay down. He’s an easy-going boy but does enjoy his playtime with human and dog friends. He prefers to eat alone, away from other dogs, and loves soaking up attention from his people, so we think he'd feel so special as the only dog in the home to really absorb all the lovies. He’s also good with children but we’d recommend older kiddos because he’s agile and doesn’t know what “personal space” is 😄 He loves chew toys, playing fetch, and would enjoy a fenced yard to romp in, but he could use more training on leash as he tends to pull. He knows how to chill by himself but he loves the company of people whenever he can get it. He’s a smart, friendly, affectionate boy that can’t wait to settle into family life with you! ❤️

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
