Sweet Grace was saved from a crowded southern shelter by our rescue friends before she could reach the euthanasia list so she spend her golden years sharing all the love she has - which is abundant! Grace is a very sweet girl who gets along well with people of all ages, and other dogs. She’s potty & crate trained, and does well one leash. She may be a little timid when she first meets someone, but she warms up quickly and lets her loving personality shine through. During her routine vetting, she was found to be heartworm-positive so she has received treatment, but she is ready to find her loving forever home in New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine (*due to some state’s regulations regarding transport of recently heartworm-positive animals). She also has some aches in her right hip, but that doesn’t stop her from being a playful, silly little lady! She loves a bit of fetch followed by some sunbathing, and will do a tippy-tap dance when she’s excited 🥰 Grace would be happiest in a peaceful home where she can enjoy daily walks, plenty of affection, and a comfortable place beside the people she loves. She is ready to begin her next chapter and fill someone’s home with companionship and joy. Just look at that wonderful, smiling face!

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
