Sweet Marley was saved from a crowded southern shelter by our rescue friends before she could reach the euthanasia list. You may recognize this beautiful gal from our recent fundraiser for heartworm treatments. During her routine vetting, she was found to be heartworm-positive so she stayed down south a little longer to go through her treatment, but now she’s all done, feeling great and is ready to find her loving forever home in New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine (*due to some state’s regulations regarding transport of recently heartworm-positive animals). Thank you so much to all who donated, every bit helped!

Marley is a calm, easy-going girl that loves basking in your presence. She’s content to sit with her people, especially if it will result in some nice pats and scritchies. She's a little timid and nervous after going through so many changes in her life, so she'd love a family that will give her lots of slow, positive experiences to help her build confidence. She rides well in the car, is decent on leash, and is doing great in her foster home. She really loves people and would be so flattered to be your only fur-baby to soak up all the attention. She'd love a family that is around a lot to spend time with her. She’s very sweet and gentle, and cannot wait to find a family to love and be loved by!

All of our available adoptable dogs are on our website. If a dog is no longer listed on the Adoptable Dogs page, it means they have an adoption pending.

We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
