Tanner was adopted out to a loving home at six months old, through NELR. He’s used to comfy home life, healthy food, and has been well-taken care of, however the family dynamics have changed with less time together and his family feels his quality of life has, too, so we’re helping find another loving home that better fits a happy life for Tanner. During the stressful changes in his home life, Tanner also went through a TPLO knee surgery and recovery, so there was a lot of stress happening for him all at once. He’s completed his rehab, all went well with recovery. After all he’s been through, Tanner would love an easy-going home with experienced dog people. He’s a good boy that knows all the basic cues, is potty trained, loves his crate, gets along with other dogs, and loves being with his favorite humans. He likes routine, structure, and daily activities to get his young dog exercise and sillies out. His most favorite thing is to play fetch – with his human bestie on the other end of the ball, he is in heaven! He’s lived both with and without other dogs and done fine with both. He’s a good boy that’s ready to relax, play, and enjoy life with you!

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.
We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
