Yogi is a happy, handsome boy that can’t wait to start his second chance at life as your family member! He loves getting some time to be a dog; sniffing about, running and playing with dog friends, and being a total goofball complete with silly expressions. He also loves some cuddle time, especially if you toss in some belly rubs! He’s so full of life and love, and we’re happy that he gets a chance to share it with some lucky people. During his routine vetting, he was found to be heartworm-positive, so he stayed down south for a bit to go through his treatment, but now he’s all done, feeling great and is ready to find his loving forever home in New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine (*due to some state’s regulations regarding transport of recently heartworm positive animals). He’s good with other dogs and is gentle and loving with his humans, but he instinctively gets too excited for critters like chickens, so no small animals in his future home. He would thrive in a home that appreciates both his soft, cuddly nature and his fun, lively side. If you’re looking for a goofy, snuggly companion who brings equal parts comfort and laughter, Yogi is excited to meet you!

All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending.
We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes.
We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
