Charlie was a stray found down South, and our amazing rescue friends helped get him to safety so NELR could bring him up north to find a safe and loving forever family. He’s a happy young pup that is excited for his second chance at life! He’s been doing well with the foster’s dogs of varying ages (including senior) and reads their signs well. He’s also good with kids, though very much a puppy still, so older/bigger kids would be best for now. He’d love a family he can learn and grow with. He’s super soft and will make an excellent cuddle buddy for the winter! Charlie is very treat-motivated and ready to learn all about life in your forever home. He’s a great pup that will make an excellent best friend!

We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.
